About The Remedy Guide

The Remedy Guide is a small, independent collection of simple food and drink recipes, every one of them 3 to 5 ingredients you can find at a normal grocery store. No 40-minute prep, no equipment you don't own, no 27-step wellness routines.

We believe two boring, unfashionable things. First, that what you eat and drink every day matters more than almost anything you can buy in a bottle. Second, that nobody sticks to complicated. So every recipe here is built to be made on a Tuesday, tired, in under ten minutes.

When a recipe pairs naturally with a supplement we genuinely use, we say so and link to it. Those links are Amazon affiliate links and they're how this site pays for itself; the price to you never changes, and we never recommend something we wouldn't keep in our own kitchen. The recipes work with or without them.

Nothing here is medical advice. We're cooks, not doctors. If something in your body has changed suddenly or worries you, that's a conversation for your physician, not a smoothie.
